Pick-Up & Drop-Off Included (Montego Bay)

• We provide pick-up and drop-off from most major hotels, villas, and Airbnbs within Montego Bay. 

Guests Outside Montego Bay

Transportation is available for an additional fee for resorts and villas beyond the Montego Bay area, including:

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations submitted 48 hours or more before your tour start time are free of charge.
• Cancellations received 24–48 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, including the scheduled tour date, will be charged at 100%.
• To qualify for any eligible refund, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing and delivered to Avanna Tours within the timeframes noted above.
