• Bamboo Rafting – 500 lbs (For 2 passengers)
• Dunn’s River Falls – 250 lbs – 265 lbs
• Snorkeling –  265 lbs

Minimum age:

• Bamboo Rafting – 4+ yrs  
• Dunn’s River Falls – 4+ (Shoreline & lagoon areas) | 6+ (Guided climb with adult support) | 12+ (Independent cliff steps)
• Catamarn Cruise & Snorkelling – 6+ allowed onboard & Under 16 must ride with adult supervision

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations submitted 48 hours or more before your tour start time are free of charge.
• Cancellations received 24–48 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, including the scheduled tour date, will be charged at 100%.
• To qualify for any eligible refund, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing and delivered to Avanna Tours within the timeframes noted above.
