- This page outlines the terms of use for Avanna Tours’ website https://avannatours.com (our “Site”) and the terms and conditions governing our provision of services, including browsing, using any information, content, services, downloading files, or placing orders for products or services (“Services”) listed on our Site. These terms apply to all users, whether as a guest or registered user (“You”).
- Please read these terms carefully before using the Site. By using our Site, you indicate your acceptance of these terms and agree to abide by them. You should print a copy for future reference. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our Site.
- The Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between Avanna Tours and you, the user. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an employer, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of your employer. Avanna Tours reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates may be shared via newsletter or RSS feeds, but it is your responsibility to check for changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Avanna Tours server, or interfere with other visitors’ enjoyment of the Site.
- You may not upload, email, or transmit any harmful programs, viruses, worms, or other files that could disrupt the Site’s operation. Unauthorized access attempts, hacking, password mining, or use of false identity information are strictly prohibited.
- Additionally, you may not collect information about other users or use their contact details for unsolicited communications. Any such activity is a violation of these Terms.
All images on https://avannatours.com are the exclusive property of Avanna Tours and protected by international copyright laws. Reproducing, distributing, or using these images without written consent is prohibited. Using any image as the basis for another concept or illustration violates copyright laws.
The trademarks and logos (“Marks”) on this Site are owned by Avanna Tours or third parties. Use of these Marks requires prior written consent.
- Logos may not be altered except for proportional resizing.
- Links directly to the image files are prohibited.
- Logos cannot imply any affiliation or endorsement without formal written consent.
Avanna Tours reserves the right to determine improper use of its Marks and Logos. Users must correct or cease such use upon notification.
- Cancellations 48 hours or more in advance incur no fee.
- Cancellations 24–48 hours in advance incur a 50% penalty.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or on the day of the tour incur a 100% penalty.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Avanna Tours within these timeframes to qualify for refunds.
By participating in any tour, including but not limited to horseback riding, zip-lining, ATV and dune buggy tours, catamaran tours, river tubing, Clear kayaking, and other activities, you accept all risks associated with such activities. These include physical injury, contact with water, exposure to weather, slipping, or other hazards.
You acknowledge that some activities may occur in remote areas without immediate medical assistance and that Avanna Tours may provide first aid but cannot guarantee full medical care. You authorize Avanna Tours to seek reasonable medical or surgical care if necessary.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, including permanent injury or death, arising from participation in any tour or activity. You are responsible for assessing your own ability to safely participate.
You certify that you:
- Are in good health and not under the influence of drugs or medication that impair safety.
- Will follow all safety rules.
- Have inspected all equipment provided and accept responsibility for any damages.
You release and waive all claims against Avanna Tours and affiliated partners for personal injury, illness, death, or property loss resulting from participation in tours. This waiver is as broad as permitted under Jamaican law. If any part is deemed invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
Parents or legal guardians consenting to a minor’s participation accept all risks and releases on behalf of the minor. Guardians authorize medical care if necessary and confirm legal authority to act on the minor’s behalf.
- Cancellation requests must be sent via email.
- Refund processing: 1–5 business days via Zelle or 1–10 business days via credit card.
- A 5-minute grace period is allowed at pick-up locations.
- Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds; alternative transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the customer.
- Changes to pick-up time or location must be communicated in advance via email or text.

96+ hours: Full Refund
Less than 96 hours: No Refund
Group Reservations:
60 days prior: Full Refund
45 days prior: 50% Fee
30 days prior: 75% Fee
Less than 30 days: No Refund
All changes or cancellations are subject to applicable fees and restrictions. Any unused portion of a tour is non-refundable.
By reserving a tour, you authorize Avanna Tours to charge your credit card for the total reservation price. Additional fees imposed by banks or credit card companies for cross-border transactions are your responsibility.
- AT’s Website and Call Center customers must acknowledge the Refund and Cancellation Policy before the sale is finalized.
- Tours may be rescheduled without additional charge if AT is notified 24 hours in advance.
Full charge applies if:
- Customer misses or leaves the tour early.
- Services included in the tour are not used.
- Customer is not at the correct pick-up location.
- Customer does not meet health, weight, or fitness requirements.
AT may offer alternative tours or care packages with signed agreements; no additional refunds will be provided.
- AT may cancel tours due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other reasons without liability beyond the tour price.
- Minimum and maximum passenger limits may lead to cancellations or modifications; full refunds will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.
- Exceptions for illness, accidents, or family emergencies may be considered with documentation.
All refunds for Website and Call Center customers will be resolved within 14 days of the request.
