Snorkeling – Ocho Rios

Ocho Rios is home to lush reefs and calm bays that make snorkeling a top activity. On this tour you’ll be taken by boat (or from a nearby resort) to vibrant reef zones in the Ocho Rios Marine Park and nearby coral gardens, shallow enough for beginners, yet rich with marine life.

Expect to see schools of tropical fish (sergeant majors, trumpetfish, puffers), corals, sponges, and maybe even rays or small reef sharks depending on conditions. 

Guides supply snorkeling gear and lead the way to ensure safety and a quality experience. You’ll drift gently over clear, warm Caribbean water, ideal for capturing underwater photos or just enjoying the color and movement below.

For many, the calm morning light makes the underwater visibility especially good, and the reef life lively but safe.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations submitted 48 hours or more before your tour start time are free of charge.
• Cancellations received 24–48 hours prior to departure will be subject to a 50% charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours, including the scheduled tour date, will be charged at 100%.
• To qualify for any eligible refund, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing and delivered to Avanna Tours within the timeframes noted above.
